    5. Booking and Payment

    Fees

    Current fees are displayed on our website or communicated directly before engagement.

    All prices are stated in:

    Payment Terms

    Unless otherwise agreed:

    • Payment is due in advance.

    • Coaching packages must be paid according to the agreed payment plan.

    • Services may be suspended if payment is not received.

    Taxes

    Clients are responsible for any local taxes, duties, bank fees, exchange fees, or transfer charges applicable in their jurisdiction.

    6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

    Client Cancellation

    Appointments may be rescheduled if at least 24 hours' notice is provided.

    Cancellations made:

    • More than 24 hours before a session may be rescheduled.

    • Less than 24 hours before a session may be considered forfeited.

    No Shows

    Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will normally result in the session being considered delivered and non-refundable.

    Coach Cancellation

    If we are unable to deliver a session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled as soon as reasonably possible.

    7. Refund Policy

    Unless otherwise stated:

    Single Sessions

    Payments for completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.

    Coaching Packages

    Refund requests may be considered before services have commenced.

    Once coaching has begun, refunds may be granted only at our sole discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law.

    Digital products, downloadable resources, and completed services are generally non-refundable.

    8. Confidentiality

    We respect the confidentiality of our clients.

    Information shared during coaching sessions will not be disclosed to third parties except:

    • With your permission;

    • Where required by law;

    • Where disclosure is necessary to protect legal rights;

    • Where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others;

    • As otherwise permitted under applicable law.

    Where coaching is sponsored by an employer or organisation, only information agreed in advance will be shared.

    9. Client Responsibilities

    Clients agree to:

    • Attend sessions on time;

    • Take responsibility for personal decisions and actions;

    • Respect professional boundaries;

    • Not engage in abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or unlawful conduct.

    • Platform failures;

    • Power disruptions;

    • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:
